Setting Your Goals Is The Best Strategy For Success
Impossible is a word not in my dictionary.
- Napoleon Bonaparte.
If everything is possible, then why do so many of us fail in our lives?
what is the beginning of our greater achievements? First I want to tell you a story, and follow it with the essential foundation. By looking at real life examples it is far easier to see our endless abilities and possibilities. See the success strategies.
EUROPE:
One person is travelling to the airport by plane, and one person is travelling to the same airport by car-to pick the first one up. They travel from different locations across the world, one 80 km by car and the other 2000 km by air just to reach the airport at the same time. The distance is so much different but the time they need the same. Our life has the same rules.
If you know what you desire, the level of achievement you wish to reach, the speed by which have them is related to your values, your intuition and the tools you use. Your goals might be attained sooner or later or never, it is only up to you. Time to plan next goals, the ability to see the bigger picture are the consiquences of the abilty to achieve greater speed while going towards your goals. By gaining speed- it is how great fortunes are being made, and talents grow. Have a closer look at Richard Branson. He is the owner and in idea giver for one of the most respected companies on the planet- VIRGIN, the company has more than 300 smaller firms under its wings. And it's still expanding.
The two types of locomotion have much in common with our ability to achieve our most desired goals?
Let's take a look at their characteristics:
Travelling by car. it is slower and allows you to control your vehicle so your safety is left to you. So you spend a lot of time attempting to reach the ultimate goal.
Choosing a plane. This type of locomotion is fast and you know your destination but you rely on other poeple to safely take you there. You rely on the skills of others to the point of leaving your safety in their hands- it is like outsourcing in business. There are potential risks of relying on someone else's skills, so you risk your life but you win the most precious commodity: time.
These examples show the importance of good planning- (discover strategic planning process)- and knowing what you want, what you like and what makes you happy. Choosing the right tool saves massive amounts of time, delivers greater achievement and teaches you how to plan. The process of planning shows you which way suits you best, and it allows you to choose the fastest way to your goal.
So the basic question is - what is the beginning of every achievement?
The answer is: YOU.
Your own intuition and creativity.
Finding your individuality, creativity and then planning your life, choosing the right passion and purpose, setting your goals, brings out the best in you.
Finding a mentor is one of the best ways to do it. They become the vehicles by showing you the knowledge uniquely important to your trip.
…is your goal worth taking a plane to achieving it faster??
